At Isle of Wild, we want you to feel beautiful, confident, and completely satisfied with your new piece. Our aim is to help you find the perfect fit, every time.

Because we are a small, independent label, we kindly offer store credit for change-of-mind returns. This allows us to continue creating sustainably while still giving you the flexibility to choose something you truly love.

Change-of-Mind Returns

  • You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order for store credit.
  • Store credit never expires and can be used across our entire collection.
  • To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Sale items, earrings, and intimates are final sale and cannot be returned.

If you’d like to exchange your item for another size or style, simply send it back to us at:

Once received, we’ll process your exchange or issue store credit for you to select a new piece.

Australian Consumer Law

Your rights are important to us. In line with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. This applies regardless of our store credit policy.
